Staff Subuser
Subuser
As a trial support representative, you are required to use the staff subuser system to gain access to a customer's service. You must have 2FA enabled to access this feature. This will grant you full subuser access to the service and treat you as a normal subuser. To do this, you can either use the service ID or the Pterodactyl Admin ID.

Obtaining the Service ID
To obtain the service ID, you may select the Go To Service button after selecting the appropriate service in the panel. This will prompt you with an unauthorized page. The end of the URL will contain the service ID you require. You may also obtain the service ID by viewing the text field in the Service Details section of the service.
Once you've located the service ID, you may then proceed to the Apollo panel and select Staff Subuser in the left hand menu. From here, you may paste the ID and press Access Server
This will grant you subuser access to the customers server as well as display the Staff Accessing banner in the panel. Ensure when you finish providing support on the service, you select Remove From All Servers to remove your access to the service. This will also remove the Staff Accessing banner from the customer's view.
