Game Setup Guide

Information

This Document should ONLY be used if Automatic Deployment fails. If the order fails to accept, check to make sure the nodes in the selected location have the ports available and allocated, if not, allocate the regular port range and attempt to accept again. If the deployment still fails, head to the BizOps settings tab on the ADMIN SIDE OF APOLLO and disable auto deployment. Accept the order, and set auto deployment back to enabled. Then, manually set up the server with the below information. If you have any questions throughout this process, please let Griffin know and he can walk you through the process.

Rust

  1. The first thing you will want to check is to see if they wanted the Dedicated IP addon. If so, make sure they are on the MAIN IP of the node. If the main ports 28015-28016 and 28082 are taken on that node, move them to another free node. No Rust server should be on a different IP address other than the main IP.
  2. Once you check the IP Address make sure that the server has ports 28015-28016 and 28082 and double-check the startup variables that they are set up correctly.
  3. If Servers are not showing up in the List please assign them to Griffin H. and BizOps department. (This issue should now be resolved in Dallas and London)

Default Ports: 28015-28017 Regular Port Range: 28018-28040

Unturned

  1. The first thing you will want to check is to see if they wanted the Dedicated IP addon. If so, make sure they are on the MAIN IP of the node. If the main ports 27015-27016 are taken on that node, move them to another free node. No Unturned server should be on a different IP address other than the main IP.
  2. After everything is done above the server should run and show up in the server lists.

7 Days to Die

  1. Check to make sure the server is on the MAIN IP of the node. The main ports are 26000-26002(3 Ports) and 8090-8091(2 Ports). These ports need to be next to each other for each range(preferably). (Each node will have 26000-26020 and 8090-8110)
  2. Once all the ports are allocated check the startup parameters and make sure the telnet port is set to the correct port. It will be the first port in the 8090-8093 range.
tip

Regular Port Range: 26000-26020 and 8090-8099 (More can be allocated if needed)

Satisfactory

  1. Check to make sure that the server doesn’t have the dedicated ip addon.
  2. Once the above is done you will want to add 2 additional ports. They need to be at least 150 apart from each other like so 25000,25150,25250 They can be more than 150 but a minimum of 150 is required.
  3. Once the ports are allocated you will want to take the 1st port you just allocated(Not the main port) and put it in the steam query variable in the startup tab. In this case that would be 25050 and then the 2nd port which is 25150 put in the Beacon Port Variable

Regular Port Range: Any Ports (No set range)

Ark Survival Evolved

  1. This game requires 4 ports. There is a set of 2 that would be for example 28017 and 28018. Then 2 other ports are required for Query and RCON ports. The Query and RCON ports do not have to be next to each other but try to keep it in the port range.
  2. Once the ports are allocated, you must set them in the startup tab. The 3rd port should be set for Query and the 4th be the RCON Port.

Regular Port Range: 28017-28040

Squad

  1. This game requires 3 ports. This game is similar to Satisfactory in that each port should be +50 apart. You will need one for RCON and Query.
  2. The Query port needs to be placed in the startup variable.

The Forest

  1. This game requires 3 ports. It's similar to Rust. It needs 1 Game Port,1 Steam Port, and 1 Query Port.
  2. The 3 ports should be next to each other. The 2nd port should be used for Steam and the Third be used for the Query Port.
  3. Ensure the Steam and Query Port is placed in the startup variables accordingly.
