Assigning IPs

  1. Head over to https://control.sparkedhost.us/admin/ips and find a suitable Dedicated or Low Traffic IP for the location of the customer's service. Please ensure that the following requirements are met:

    • For a Low Traffic IP, there should be no more than 15 bots on the IP

    • For a Dedicated IP there should be no more than 5 bots on the IP

  2. Once you have chosen a suitable IP, head over to the Build Configuration tab of the server, assign the new IP as an additional port, and then add the currently allocated ports in the remove additional ports.

    If the server needs to transfer to a different node, simply transfer it as you normally would, but select the IP you require when transferring to a new node.

  3. The new IP should be allocated to the server.
