Additional Information

  • WHMCS credit will be applied to your client billing account.
  • Those marked PayPal is considered your fixed rate, this will automatically be added onto the payment sheet at the end of 2/2. This may differ between departments, confirm with your direct supervisor.
  • Paying customers are always the priority, if you own a service funded by credit in a low stock situation, you may be asked to transfer your service.
  • As of current, due to it's limited availability, Extreme Plus services cannot be purchased with credit or any staff discounts be used.
  • All services accessible to you must be logged on WHMCS, unless they are temporarily used for testing purposes or have been approved by a supervisor. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in disciplinary action and the termination of services without prior notice.
