Policies

Like most teams, we have policies to help run our day-to-day operations. They are outlined as follows -


LOA Policy

The LOA Policy is on an external document which can be found pinned in the staff announcement channel on the Discord Server.

To submit an LOA request, you can do so from here.


Shared Screenshot Providers

Under no circumstances should you take any screenshots pertaining to Sparked Host LLC or its customers using a shared screenshot provider, such as Imgur or Gyazo. A shared screenshot provider refers to any service that allows access to the root files by individuals other than yourself. If you are discovered to have taken screenshots of anything related to Sparked Host LLC using a shared provider, immediate termination will follow.


Account Deletion Policy

When a customer requests to delete their Billing or Customer Accounts, you must refer them to Jake.

Provide them with Jake's email, dpo@sparkedhost.com, and inform them to use the subject line DATA PROTECTION REQUEST

Do not under any circumstances delete any customer data yourself!


Disciplinary Policy
