Tech Reports
Tech Reports serve as way to notify the DevOps/SysOps team of ongoing technical issues from within the Discord server. These reports can be generated using the /tr command and will generate a new channel for you to log the issue. When creating a tech report, it is crucial to provide as much information as possible as well as any applicable service/ticket links. Once opened, the tech report will automatically update its name. In cases where the name is deemed outside the scope, you can use /trename to assign a new name.
Additionally, /tradd enables the inclusion of another representative in the tech report. However, supervisors and DevOps already possess complete access to all Tech Reports, rendering this step unnecessary for them.
Lastly, if you are opening a Tech Report for an issue in a ticket, it may be applicable to transfer the ticket to the DevOps department until a solution is reached.
